Marieke Pieterman
Marieke Pieterman is a Consultant with The Cygnal Group, located in North Carolina. Her major projects have focused on the development and implementation of global compensation structures and plans to enable organizational alignment and key talent attraction and retention. Her assignments have included sales compensation design, competitive global benchmarking and performance analysis, short-term incentive plan design, long-term incentive administration systems, HRIS implementations, international administration processes, and development and implementation of performance management systems.
Prior to joining The Cygnal Group, Marieke focused on compensation plans design, administration, and management for companies such as Red Hat, Infineon Technologies and Invensys.
Marieke was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of William & Mary, and a Master of Science in Industrial, Organizational, and Vocational Psychology from North Carolina State University. She is also a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
